A native of the mountains of East Tennessee and long time resident of Winston-Salem and Blowing Rock, NC., Dave has a BS in Mathematics and Physics from ETSU and MBA from Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School of Management. He is the founder and owner of Combs Music, retired Chief Information Officer of US Dept of Agriculture, and retired Manager at AT&T Network Systems. In his spare time, he is an avid photographer and enjoys competitive table tennis.
