Blue Ridge Parkway Announces Concessions Business Opportunities

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued two prospectuses for concessions business opportunities along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The first is for offers for a 10-year concession contract to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail and other services at Peaks of Otter, Rocky Knob, and Doughton Park within the Blue Ridge Parkway. The second is for offers to provide craft sales and limited food and beverage services at the Folk Art Center within the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The Parkway is preparing to open for the summer season and the projects listed below are planned to be in process from Memorial Day through October 2012.
