The Green Park Inn, the "Grand Dame of the High Country" was build in 1891 and is on the National Register of Historic Places and is the second oldest still operating resort hotel in North Caroolina. Salsa's servers an eclectic fusion of traditional Caribbean and Mexican cuisines. They value using the freshest ingredients and make all of their own salsas, sauces, beans, rice, etc. from scratch. They are not a tex-mex, refried bean kinda joint.
