At age 19, I had a debilitating back injury in '08, which left me unable to sit comfortably for a long period, and finally had surgery to correct it in 2010.
Love this ride! The rode is beautiful! Would definitely do it again. My husband and I rode the parkway with 6 of our closest friends. Making it even more memorable.
In May, 2011, my wife and I drove from Asheville to (and through) Skyline Drive. I am a photographer and took many photos, some of which now sell through a few of the Parkway Visitor Centers.
