Two wheels and one heart

Our journey at times was trying as we were on motorcycles traveling with individuals of varying experience and fortitude. We planned our trip prior to departure so getting to each hotel and/or motel was a chore. But through all of the trials and tribulations I found this journey to be spiritual. My family is from southern Virgiina and the parkway travels very close to my historical roots. I felt as if this trip brought me closer to me ancestors in a visceral way. I would travel the enitre Parkway again; but possibly with different traveling partners.
