The Blue Ridge Parkway Foundation Board of Trustees & Superintendent Tracy Swartout will host a reception celebrating the Blue Ridge Parkway from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, March 21, at Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, Va. The evening includes complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
